MEDICATION REMINDER
Often clients on medication, when residing in their own homes, may be unable to remember the schedule for their various medications and when to take them. While we do not administer medication, we offer reminders to the clients when it is time for them to take their medications. This is not required in a long–term care facility as the nurses there will provide and administer the medications.
